Winners and Losers

Once I got home on a donut I had to move fast to get the tire issue resolved before the end of the day.
My car was also due for a state inspection. I called 2 closest subaru delaerships, both about 20 miles away.
One told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get a standard tire in stock, for one of their most popular vehicles... Way to support your product... The other place had plenty of tires in stock and promised they would get everything done quickly as soon as I brought the car down.

I got some funny comments about the rally plate I have underneath my car. All the mechanics and service techs wanted to know where to get one. Not exactly inspiring that they haven't heard of Primitive Racing.

I have the rally skidplate but with oil filter and oil drain plug cutout.
